Over the past three decades, Cam has worked with a broad range of tech companies to improve and achieve operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Cam's taken on broader and broader roles with increasingly fast-paced and high-growth businesses. With deep expertise in program management, new product introduction, manufacturing engineering, procurement, supply chain, logistics, quality, and worldwide manufacturing operations, Cam has consistently driven the development of high-performance, scalable operations to support growth.
In his most-recent role, Cam led a broad domain of operational responsibilities with a small, focused, high-performance team. A key win was establishing a hardware-as-a-service business model, allowing this hardware/software company to have fully ratable revenue, even with a significant hardware element as a core element of their solution.
Cam's value comes from rolling up his sleeves and being comfortable with the detail and rigor required to optimize all aspects of the Value Chain including supplier selection, procurement, quality, supply chain design, and product lifecycle management. Equally important to Cam is establishing cross-functional business fundamentals including process development capabilities and KPIs.
Cam started his career working with HP taking on increased responsibility across Finance, Supply Chain Strategy, Procurement, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Management. Since leaving HP, Cam has furthered his Operations experience taking executive roles with several high-growth tech companies where he additionally drove excellence with Contract Manufacturing (Asia and US-based), IT and CRE.
