Mark Lustig
Mark Lustig is a proven senior finance officer with over 25 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. He has significant international manufacturing experience, as well as, system integration, mergers and acquisitions, and SOX expertise.
In 2008, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Operations Finance at JDSU Corporation (Nasdaq: JDSU), where he managed operations finance and global FP&A. While there he managed a global cost reduction exercise that yielded an annual savings in excess of $40M.
In 2006, Mr. Lustig was appointed Chief Financial Officer of ActivIdentity Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTI), where he was responsible for Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, and Human Resources. He successfully performed the duties of Senior Vice President, and Corporate Controller of Sanmina-SCI Corp. (Nasdaq: SANM) from 2000 to 2005, as well as, interim Chief Financial Officer during 2004. While there, he was responsible for the financial integration of 60+ entities, ranging in size from $10M to $8B in size.
Mr. Lustig began his career in 1986 in public accounting with Arthur Young and Company, and has held various management positions with increasing levels of responsibility since.
